News from the Annual Rugby Club Dinner - Iain Stewart our outgoing Chairman of the Mini, Junior & Colts section was awarded The Henry Shield for Services to the Club.

The Haigh Cup, for the most First Team Appearances in the Season 2007/8 went to Matt Owen.  Matt has come through our Colts team to become ever- present in a very successful First Team and should be an inspiration to all the players in the Mini, Juniors & Colts Section of the club.

Sunday 18th May - BUPA Manchester 10K  Anyone who is interesting in running the Manchester 10K to raise funds for the club, we are  trying to secure a "corporate block" of entries to help ease registration. This is a great opportunity to help raise funds for the club while also getting out there and doing something different on a Sunday.  They also have a great Mini & Junior section so Lads v Dads v Mums could be a bet? Don't be put off by the distance.  You can do it at your own pace and there is no need to feel rushed.  The Manchester 10K is a great day out, so lets be a part of it.
